First, Let’s Talk About Kyoto in Autumn

If you ever plan a trip to Japan, Kyoto in autumn is pure magic. One of its most iconic spots is the Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Perched on a wooden stage that overlooks a sea of fiery red and orange maple leaves, it’s a view that will truly take your breath away. The beauty of this place isn’t just in the grand temples; it’s in the narrow stone-paved lanes, the charming little shops, and the feeling of walking through centuries of history.

This is the Japan I love, and it’s the Japan I want to share with you.

A Special Event in a Perfect Location

I am so honored to announce that my creations will be part of a special pop-up event called “Autumn Leaves, Me, and the Story of Autumn.”

When?
From September 13th to October 13th

Where?
At a lovely shop in the Yasaka area, which is the most beautiful and convenient spot for sightseeing!

  • 10-minute walk from Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Yasaka Shrine.
  • 90-second walk from the famous Yasaka Pagoda and the incredibly colorful Yasaka Koshindo Temple.

You can easily visit this shop while exploring the very best of Kyoto.

My “Cool & Cute Japan” Amigurumi… With a Secret Deal!

For this special event, I am creating a brand new collection with the theme “Cool & Cute Japan.”I’m trying to capture the spirit of Japan—both itsカッコイイ (kakkoii – cool) traditions and itsカワイイ (kawaii – cute) pop culture—in my yarn creations.

The final designs are still a secret while I stitch them with all my heart. But I can tell you this:

The prices at this event will be much more affordable than on my Etsy shop!

Why? This is my way of saying “thank you.” Since I don’t have to worry about packaging and international shipping, I can pass those savings on to you. It’s a special thank-you gift for taking the time to visit the shop and see my work in person. Think of it as a special deal just for those who make the journey!

Find a Piece of Your Japan Trip to Take Home

I believe a souvenir should be more than just an object. It should be a memory, a story. Each of my amigurumi is made by hand, one stitch at a time, filled with my love for Japanese culture.

If you are traveling to Kyoto this autumn, please come and find my little corner of the shop. See the details and feel the textures in person—something you can’t experience online. I truly hope you find a little friend to take home that will always remind you of the magic of Kyoto.

I will share the finished pieces here on the blog as soon as they are ready!

Thank you for reading, and I dream of my creations meeting you in Kyoto.
