We received an inquiry from a customer asking, “Could you please make amigurumi of our pet?“
After several consultations with the customer☆, we finally completed the “Mameshiba-kun” amigurumi. I think they turned out really cute♡. I would be delighted if you could take a look!
Inspired By a Cute Episode
The customer told us,
“These kids love running around on the grass.
”Last year, when they took them to a park with a large grassy area, the dogs got so excited that their leashes got tangled up, which was quite a hassle (laughs)”.
After hearing this heartwarming episode, we suggested, “How about creating a piece with a picnic theme?The customer enthusiastically agreed, and we immediately started thinking about the design…

For me, the image that instantly popped into my head was exactly like the photo above.
The key points are the “basket” and the “red gingham check“!
We shared images with the customer and decided on the design together.
Requesting help from a craft band artist
When it comes to “baskets,” I have a strong helper.
I explained the whole story to Nacchan from “[natsukomono],” a craft band artist who previously made baskets for us for “Easter Eggs. and she created two baskets for us.
From the size to the atmosphere, she perfectly captured all of our requests!
